Taxes - GST 18 % extra as applicable
Payment Terms - Rental payment will be in advance, rest postdated cheque will be needed along with confirmation email / Purchase Order
Security Deposit - Security amount is not applicable
Purchase Order - Purchase order will be in favor of "Innovative Techcentre Pvt.Ltd." with acceptance of all terms and condition mentioned
Rental Agreement - Please read and return Rental Agreement Duly Signed & Stamped at the time of delivery (Please click here to Download Agreement)
Delivery - Delivery will be made within 1-7 day after receiving the order
Delivery Charges - Delivery Charges are not applicable in Pune, for Outside Pune locations charges will be charged extra at actual
Please note that Innovative Techcentre Pvt.Ltd. will not be responsible for the performance of the provided products, you are requested to go through the technical specs before placing the order
Software - No Software, Data Backup & Virus support will be provided
Innovative Techcentre Pvt.Ltd will not be responsible for any type of data loss at your end due to any reason be it hardware failure or software failure
The entire responsibility of the products will be of your organization i.e. any Breakage / Theft / Burnt shall be charged extra at actual
In case of damage and burnt the amount will be informed after inspection of the products
The rental will be payable till the time of clearance of all repaired/lost payments of the equipment
The customer undertakes not to upload any pirated software on the Desktop / Machine and if does so, then it does on its own cost and consequences
Proposal Validity - The Rental offer will remain valid for 1 week only
You are requested to book your order as early as possible to avoid unavailability of material
Duration - The customer has to declare duration of rental systems before placing order
