With an MBA - Finance (UK), graduation from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics (Mumbai), and an overall experience of around 15 years, Vivek is a multi-faceted Management and Finance professional having operated in a global and multicultural environment across industries.
Earlier, as a member of the International Oil & Gas PE Fund house in the Middle East, Vivek has closed deals worth USD 130 million and has been involved in Fund Management of USD 270 million with portfolio companies spread globally and at different stages of life-cycle.
As a founding member of a boutique Investment Banking and Advisory unit in Mumbai, he was actively engaged in private placement fundraising for the Real Estate sector in Mumbai (through PE Fund houses and NBFCs) and Institutional Real Estate Consulting. Vivek has also served a global Facility Management MNC (Mumbai) as Asia-Pacific Finance Lead in charge of Financial Planning, Analysis and Operations across 12 countries.
Over the past few years, Vivek has been a successful Entrepreneur as well as a Strategic Management Consultant mentoring new-age entities and Start-ups in their growth journey across industries.
A qualified Computer Engineer from the Institute of Technology in Pune, Ravi carries with him an invaluable Technical and Management experience of close to 2 decades in the IT Hardware Industry.
Beginning his professional career as Hardware Engineer at institutions like PC Cure and ASUS, Ravi attained in-depth technical expertise at chip/component level works. Ravi took up Entrepreneurship early in his career in 2006 in partnership with Nilesh Parhad. Jointly, they founded Innovative Technology (a partnership firm later converted to today’s private limited entity in 2012) engaged in Computer and Peripherals Trading, Rentals, Service and Repairs.
Since its inception, Ravi has been a successful entrepreneur leading Business Development and Technical domain driving the growth engine at Innovative. His Participative Leadership approach is primarily responsible for the induction of Innovative’s inherent value system of ‘Customer First’, leading to unmatched service quality even by the junior most member of Innovative.
Post completion of Computer Engineering from the Institute of Technology in Pune in 2004, Nilesh worked as Desktop Support Engineer working in companies like HSBC in the initial part of his career.
After gaining the required technical experience, Nilesh co-founded Innovative Technology along with his academic colleague, Ravi Jagtap, in 2006.
A first-generation entrepreneur, Nilesh has been a pillar supporting Innovative’s all commercial (including finance, purchase and operations) and technical initiatives since incorporation. With strong business acumen, technical expertise and keen foresight, Nilesh has led varied functions and teams over the years to make Innovative reach where it is today.
